Landlord Furniture Co Prize Draw Competition Terms and Conditions 

1. Entry Period: The Entry Period for the Competition begins on 1st April 2024 and ends on 31st April 2024. Entries received outside of the Entry Period will not be considered.
2. How to Enter: Participants can enter the Competition by simply placing and order over £3000 plus vat. Each participant is limited to one entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or received after the Entry Period will be disqualified.
3. Prize: The prize for the Competition is £500 credit 1st place, £400 credit 2nd place, £250 credit 3rd place. 4.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. 4.3 Landlord furniture co reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of similar value at any time without prior notice. 4.4 Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with accepting and using the prize.
4. Winner Selection: 5.1 The winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. 5.2 The draw will be conducted within one week after the end of the Entry Period. 5.3 The winner(s) will be notified via Email and social media within one week of the draw. 5.4 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 72 hours an alternate winner may be selected.
5. Publicity: 6.1 By participating in the Competition, participants agree to allow Landlord furniture co to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except were prohibited by law.
6. General Conditions: 7.1 Landlord furniture co reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Competition. 7.2 By participating in the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Landlord Furniture co which are final and binding. 7.3 Landlord furniture co reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms and Conditions or tampering with the entry process. 7.4 The Competition is governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction].
7. Limitation of Liability: 8.1 Landlord Furniture Co and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Competition.
8. Privacy Policy: 9.1 Any personal information collected during the Competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and will not be disclosed to any third party without the participant’s consent.
